The Director of Modeling Camp Washington DC is the founder and owner of Modeling Camp, Heather Cole. A former Elite model, Heather started her modeling career in London. Having appeared in magazines such as Elle, Vogue and Marie Claire, Heather went on to open Modeling Camp in 1995 which has since grown to incorporate programs in Washington DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Paris, Miami, Toronto, and Washington DC.
MODELING CAMP ITINERARY
Please note that our boot camp does not run like your typical 9-5 summer camp. Rather it is a series of adventures that you will get to enjoy as you experience what it's like to be a real model.
Here is your rough camp itinerary:

ROCK THE RUNWAY AND THE CAMERA
WITH MIDORI AMAE FROM ANTM!
Before heading to Washington DC, Modeling Camp DC campers will have the opportunity to have a prep session with top runway coach, Midori Amae! This virtual workshop will help prepare you to be in front of the camera and make sure that your runway walk is ready to meet the agencies! Midori was DCW50’s America’s Next Top Model Fan Favorite, has walked in 30 NYFW, was the finale for Rihanna’s FENTY x PUMA pop-up fashion show experience, joined the cast of DMV Podcast and began hosting the popular Indian fashion TV show Style 24/7.
She has coached models and pageant queens internationally, helped develop hundreds of models and has produced numerous fashion shows! Get ready to slay the runway girls and prepare to own the camera, with this fabulous runway and posing coach as she preps you to meet the top agents on Model Showcase Day!

SHOOT WITH A TOP DC PHOTOGRAPHY TEAM BEFORE YOU MEET THE AGENTS!
All Modeling Camp campers will have a professional, on location photo shoot with a top fashion photography team as part of their Modeling Camp experience. This will give you the opportunity to start or update your modeling portfolio so you can follow up professionally with the agencies at the Model Showcase.
Three looks and Hair & Make-Up is all included in this photo shoot! The best image of each outfit will be delivered to you digitally and should arrive in time for you to use to meet the agencies. Other images are available for purchase if you wish to get more! This is a wonderful opportunity for you to start your modeling portfolio and a fabulous way to get some amazing pictures of yourself!
INTERVIEW WITH THE TOP AGENCIES!
CONGRATULATIONS! After completing your Runway and Posing Workshop, Photo Shoot and Prep Day, you are now ready to attend the Model Showcase Day where you will meet the top modeling agencies in the world! Here, you will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the TOP modeling agencies and scouts in the industry! FORD, ELITE, WILHELMINA, NEXT.... all the TOP NYC agencies scout at Modeling Camp! YOU could be their next new face!

She is best known for her work in beauty and children. Having worked with most of the major agencies to develop young talent, she is known for her patience and ability to teach.
